Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Consultant, you’ll provide top-tier support to medical professionals, handling remote and on-site clinical and technical assistance, leading system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Area Sales Representatives on strategic sales, software updates, clinical demonstrations, and service contracts. Attend meetings, trade shows, and trainings to showcase innovations.
Requirements:
- Either a background in biomedical engineering or a clinical setting.
- Ability and willingness to work in operating theatres during procedures.
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
- Driver's License with flexibility for after-hours and weekend work.
- Ability to work remotely and travel domestically and internationally.
- Proactive attitude with exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Capacity to excel independently and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and ethics.
