Role Summary:
As a Business Administrator, you will be at the heart of operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support key business projects and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
External Collaborations: Engage with clinical support partners, tissue procurement partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry leaders, and marketing agency to drive strategic initiatives.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), engineering, QA & RA, operations, finance, sales, and clinical teams to facilitate project coordination and organizational efficiency.
Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating marketing collateral, managing meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining CRM systems, and optimizing processes.
Business Projects: Collaborate with Business Operations Manager and CEO on critical projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Experience: 2+ years in office administration/operations, preferably in medical devices/biotech.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Qualifications: Car license, ability for out-of-hours work, and some domestic travel may be required.
