We're partnering with a highly respected Diagnostics organisation looking for a Customer Service Director to join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO.
This is a build role.
They need someone who can look at a service organisation and ask:
- What is the future?
How do we be number 1?
Where do we create more value for customers?
- How do we scale without adding complexity?
- What processes need to be strengthened?
- How do we turn service into a commercial advantage?
The first 6 months are clear:
✔ Complete a full review of the service function
✔ Build credibility with engineers and leadership
✔ Introduce structure, process and accountability
✔ Create a roadmap for long-term growth
But let's be realistic.
Transformation isn't always comfortable.
You'll need to challenge existing thinking.
Influence stakeholders.
Make commercial decisions.
And bring people on the journey.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo.
It's for someone who wants to build.
You'll lead a national team across field service, technical support and quality functions, while owning service performance, customer experience, financial outcomes and future strategy.
You'll be comfortable engaging with executives and regional stakeholders, but equally comfortable spending time with engineers to understand what's really happening in the field.
The ideal person will come from healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, capital equipment or another technical service environment. You'll bring strong leadership experience, commercial acumen and a track record of improving operational performance.
Most importantly, you'll want the opportunity to leave your mark.
