Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Sales Divisions (Sydney)

We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the Sales Divisions of a globally innovative medical device company. Based out of Sydney, this role is perfect for someone who loves recruitment, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. You will need to enjoy working hard as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals for critical sales roles, including Associate Territory Managers, Territory Managers, Business Development Managers, and Regional Sales Managers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for sales and marketing roles.
  • Proactively source, qualify, and build pipelines of top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Engage with passive candidates through market research and lead generation.
  • Contribute to global recruitment projects and mentor other recruiters.

  • A creative problem solver with strategic thinking and proactive sourcing skills.
  • Great at building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
