About the role:
The Product Manager for Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery (OHNS)/ENT leads strategic planning and execution for the OHNS (ENT) portfolio. This role involves driving revenue growth and profitability by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing products. As the primary marketing contact, the manager holds a position of leadership and influence, collaborating closely with various departments to achieve business unit goals and ensure portfolio expansion and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to formulate integrated sales and marketing plans for OHNS (ENT), setting objectives for profit and market share. Assess new product potential and develop launch plans, including value propositions and pricing strategies. Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Market Intelligence: Liaise with customers and sales teams to understand needs and market trends. Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Organizational Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and engagement. Lead communication campaigns, manage relationships with manufacturers and industry bodies, and provide product information to internal stakeholders.
Customer Liaison: Support marketing efforts at trade shows and events, maintain relationships with influencers, and engage with key opinion leaders. Organize VIP visits, training sessions, and workshops to gather feedback and support.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product introduction, training, recalls, and end-of-life processes. Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure efficient management of company assets and stock levels.
Sales Support: Mentor sales teams, provide technical support, and deliver product education to internal staff. Travel locally and interstate to support field teams.
Training and Education: Stay updated on clinical and market knowledge, assist in creating education programs, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications (Skills and Experience)

  • Education: A minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Otolarngology Head & Neck Surgery/ENT/Maxillofacial/Plastics therapeutic area/portfolio/products is essential. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager in the listed therapeutic area/portfolio/products is required.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Track Record: A proven track record and ability to achieve portfolio goals and strategic product objectives are required.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in core therapeutic areas.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales channels to meet company-wide sales budgets and strategic objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in critically and quantitatively analyzing product performance, market conditions, and market potential is necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint) and CRM Platforms (Salesforce) is essential.
  • Travel: Potential interstate travel of up to 3-5 days a month and overseas travel as required may be necessary.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional presentation at all times and demonstrate high responsiveness and timely communication.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ability to work within Endotherapeutics’ corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Travel Requirements:
  - Flexibility for out-of-hours and weekend work as required for events.
