As a Product Specialist, you'll actively promote and support the adoption of specified products, ensuring you meet and exceed sales KPIs. You'll work with a diverse range of customers, including Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Physicians, OBGyns, Hand Therapists, and more. Your role involves developing and executing strategic plans, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and continuously enhancing your product and clinical knowledge. This position requires frequent travel, time spent in operating theatres, and attendance at industry seminars and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing call and territory plans, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to convert major accounts. Additionally, you'll maintain and utilize the CRM for business planning, spend significant time with key customers and on the road, attend relevant seminars and conferences, and submit documentation and reports promptly. Compliance with company procedures and practices is also essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
- Operating theatre and capital selling experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
