Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist, you’ll actively promote and support the adoption of specified products, ensuring you meet and exceed sales KPIs. You'll work with a diverse range of customers, developing and executing strategic plans, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and continuously enhancing your product knowledge. This role requires frequent travel, interaction with customers, and providing clinical support in theatres, as well as attendance at industry seminars and conferences.

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute call and territory plans.
- Provide clinical support in operating theatres.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to convert major accounts.
- Maintain and utilize CRM for business planning.
- Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Attend relevant seminars and conferences.
- Submit documentation and reports promptly.
- Comply with company procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales.
- Experience in operating theatres and capital selling preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
