If you're in a Product Manager role where most of your time is spent protecting an existing portfolio, this opportunity is a very different proposition.
We're partnering with a growing healthcare organisation launching into the endoscopy space with a product that customers have been asking for.
This is a build role.
They need someone who can look at a new market opportunity and ask:
- How do we create momentum quickly?
- What needs to be built first?
- How do we help the sales team win?
- And how do we turn a great product into a scalable business?
The first 6 months are clear:
✔ Build expertise in the endoscopy market
✔ Establish pricing, systems and service models
✔ Support a high-performing sales agency in the field
✔ Build relationships with clinicians and customers
Of course, the reality of a launch environment is different from a mature portfolio.
Product launches aren't always neat and tidy.
Not every process exists.
Not every answer is known.
You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, moving at pace and creating solutions as you go.
This isn't a role for someone who wants an established playbook.
It's for someone who wants to help write it.
You'll work closely with sales, clinicians and customers, helping drive market adoption while building the foundations for future growth.
The right person will come from medical devices, capital equipment, endoscopy, surgical technologies or a related healthcare environment. You'll understand how to bring products to market, support commercial teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Most importantly, you'll want ownership.
Because this is more than a Senior Product Manager role.
It's an opportunity to build a business unit, shape future service offerings, expand into new product categories and create your own career growth as the business scales.
