We're partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing orthopaedics company looking for a State Sales Director to lead Queensland.
This is a growth role.
They need someone who can look at a state and ask:
- Where are the next growth opportunities?
- How do we strengthen our competitive position?
- What talent do we need for the future?
- And how do we develop our team so that they continue to outperform and set them up for success?
The first 12 months are clear:
✔ Secure and grow existing business
✔ Develop new customer relationships
✔ Expand opportunities across Queensland
✔ Build and strengthen the sales organisation
To be successful, this will need more than good planning.
Leadership doesn't happen from behind reports and dashboards.
You'll need to be visible.
Build credibility with customers and your team.
Make commercial decisions.
And lead from the front.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply manage a team.
It's for someone who wants to shape a market.
You'll work closely with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, commercial leaders and executive decision-makers while helping drive the next stage of growth across Queensland.
The ideal person will bring strong orthopaedic industry knowledge, established relationships and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes. Leadership experience is highly desirable, but just as important is the ability to influence, build relationships and create followership.
Most importantly, you'll want ownership.
