Due to rapid growth, one of the existing territories has become too large, and we are looking for a driven professional to help manage this expansion. In this role, you will have the chance to support surgeons and theatre staff in using cutting-edge joint replacement technologies while building strong, lasting relationships with key hospital stakeholders. For ambitious Associate Territory Managers, there is a clear pathway to promotion with the opportunity to step into a full Territory Manager position as early as next year.

What you’ll do:
- Support and grow business across a defined territory, assisting surgeons in theatre and providing technical expertise.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hospital staff, including surgeons, nursing unit managers, and registrars.
- Help with the launch of new products, building on your knowledge of cutting-edge joint replacement technology.
- Proactively manage your territory, with responsibilities ranging from sales growth to customer education and technical support.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to convert surgeons from competitor products, driving business by articulating a clear and effective sales process.
What you’ll need:
- A passion for healthcare sales and a desire to grow your career in medical devices.
- Proven experience in sales or a related technical field, ideally within the medical or technology sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to provide technical support in theatre settings.
- A strong work ethic, a love for problem-solving, and a desire to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
