We're partnering with a growing orthopaedics business looking for someone to help expand its shoulder replacement business across Western Australia.
This is a build role.
They need someone who can look at a market and ask:
- Which surgeons are ready for a different approach?
- How do we create stronger partnerships?
- Where are the growth opportunities others aren't pursuing?
- And how do we accelerate market adoption?
The first 12 months are clear:
✔ Build shoulder replacement relationships across WA
✔ Leverage existing momentum within the business
✔ Create new opportunities with surgeons and hospitals
✔ Expand the company's presence in the shoulder market
The growth opportunity is real, but credibility will matter just as much as product strength.
Growth doesn't happen because a product exists.
It happens because surgeons trust the person standing beside them.
You'll need strong relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness.
Clinical credibility.
And the ability to influence stakeholders through expertise rather than size alone.

You'll work closely with surgeons, gain exposure to innovative technologies and join a business that prides itself on listening to customer feedback, supporting education and giving clinicians a genuine voice in product development.
The ideal person will bring shoulder replacement experience, existing surgeon relationships and a strong understanding of the orthopaedic market. Additional Sports Medicine experience would be highly regarded.
